Bruce Springsteen Discusses “Battling the Blues”

In a recent interview with AARP, Bruce Springsteen stated that he was very uncomfortable when he first started to get help for his anxiety and depression (at age 32). He looks back and thinks, “What was all the fuss?” Now, he is comfortable talking about his mental health issues.
