We work directly with some of the major insurance companies; their policy holders are responsible for co-payment fees at each visit. For clients with other coverage, session fees are collected at each visit. We accept payment with cash, check, and/or Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. If you have questions regarding your insurance coverage, fill out the New Client Appointment Request Form, or call our office staff at 302.428.0205, Extension 0, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
If we are not an in-network provider with your insurance company, we will give you a receipt at the end of each visit. This receipt may be used to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if the service is a covered benefit.
Auto or Workers’ Compensation Insurance
We will bill your auto insurance or workers’ compensation insurance if you have an open claim and a referral from a physician. Prior to working with you, we will send you a “Letter of Protection” to be signed by both you and your attorney.
