Bio – Cynthia Edwards

Dr. Cynthia Edwards provides individual, couples, and family therapy to children (ages 8+), adolescents, and adults.  She was trained as a generalist in clinical psychology with graduate degrees from Immaculata University.  Her therapeutic approach includes working with her clients to uncover the roots of their emotional suffering and behavioral difficulties to formulate a plan of treatment that is the “best fit” for both the person and the situation.

Dr. Edwards also completed a Chemical Dependency Training Program at Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed registered nurse.  Her extensive training and practice history includes both in-patient hospital and out-patient community settings.   Dr. Edwards understands and treats a wide range of life and psychological problems that may often coexist with medical conditions.
